2010-2011 Second Grade Supply List

Pencils, crayons, markers, and other supplies may need to be replenished throughout the year.

5 Second grade notebooks (purchase at school)
4 Second grade writing tablets (purchase at school) 2 for school 2 for home
1 Assignment Notebook (purchase at school)
1 Marble composition notebook
24 #2 sharpened pencils
3 plastic pocket folders – any color
3 Erasers
1 pair of Fiskars scissors- sharp point (child size)
6 large glue sticks – NOT LIQUID
2 12 ctn. Colored pencils - Crayola Brand*
2 Box of 24 count Crayola Crayons*
1 crayon saver (you can purchase at Staples)
2 4 oz. Bottles of Tacky Glue
1 Pencil sharpener with case
2 yellow highlighters
1 large sturdy zipper pencil pouch (bank type) for supplies
1 box of Kleenex
2 packages of stickers (mini or regular) to put on children’s papers
1 Smock for Art class or use an old large shirt that fits-long sleeves cutoff
1 Backpack for supplies
1 lunch box or reusable bag
1 6 oz or larger bottle of hand sanitizer
1 container of hand sanitizer wipes (in pop-up container)
A-K one box of baggies (quart size)
L-Z One box of baggies (gallon size)

*Please note: We prefer Crayola products for crayons, markers and colored pencils. Please label all crayons, markers, highlighters and scissors - Do NOT label pencils or glue!
